2 fragen zu mein kampf

hallo, ich habe am dienstag präsentationsprüfung in geschichte zu dem thema mein kampf.
meine erste frage ist: laut wikipedia ist rudolf heß co-autor von mein kampf gewesen. Das steht aber nirgendwo sonst. Ist es in wikipdia falsch oder hat jemand näherer informationen darüber in wiefer heß tatsächlich mitgeschrieben hat??
zweite frage: laut dieser seite http://www.damaschke.de/marginalia/1998/anfrage-1998-07-12.php ist mein kampf nicht verboten, der besitz etc auch nicht. laut dieser seite http://www.inidia.de/mein-kampf.htm ist es verboten.
Wie sieht es nun tatsächlich aus?
wäre super wenn ihr mir ein bisschhen helfen könntet

Also, soviel ich weiß, hat Hitler Hess mein Kampf diktiert als Hitler 1924 in Landsberg in Haft saß. Aber Hess deshalb als Co-Autor zu bezeichnen. Hmm, gehört hab ich das noch nie.
Ich glaube, dass "Mein Kampf" in Deutschland verboten ist; kann aber nicht die Hand dafür ins Feuer legen.

Also allein von der Logik müsste es verboten sein, da es eine rechtsverherlichende Schrift ist, die eindeutig gegen unsere freiheitliche demokratische Grundordung (ich leibe diese weitläufigen Begriffe smile

Jedoch ist es somit nur in Dt. verboten, auf internationalen Märken kann man es erwerben.
Wie es mit der einfuhr ist bzw. wie es mit dem "alten Buch von Opa" (also mit Mein Kampf ausgaben, die vor 45 publiziert wurden) aussieht kann ich dir leider auch nciht beantworten, aber ich kann mal unseren Rechtsverdreher fragen.

Also, soviel ich weiß ist der Besitz nict verboten, da es ja auch in Bibliotheken usw. zu finden ist und auch noch als Quelle dient.
Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es auch noch Leute gibt, die es 1933-45
z.B. zur Hochzeit bekommen haben und es noch besitzen.
Ich weiß, dass es bei mir in der Schulbibliothek steht, d.h. ich habe Zugang zu dem Buch, das Ausleihen ist allerdings verboten.
Das Buch darf in Deutschland allerdings nicht gedruckt werden (100% sicher), im Ausland, z.B.USA ist es erlaubt (da bin ich mir allerdings nicht 100% sicher).

Zu dem Verbot ist folgendes zu sagen:
Laut Deutschem Gesetzt ist es als eine Art "Hetzschrift" verboten. Daher wurde nach Ende des zweiten Weltkriegs viele Bücher oftmals verbrannt.
Der Neurdruck ist nur für eine kommentierte Fassung erlaubt. Und diese gibt es reichlic. Also jeder der "scharf" darauf ist die Hirngespinste von Hitler zu lesen kann dies noch heute tun.
Viele Politiker wollten das Buch sogar wieder erlauben, quasi als abschreckendes Beispiel.
Allerdings, wer kein Geld ausgeben will muss nur mal googel oder etwaige Tauschbörsen benutzen. Da findet man es bestimmt. (Wenn ich meinem Lehrer Glaube schenkcen soll Augenzwinkern

Zu Heß. Es ist richtig, das Hitler es im gefängnis (Landsberg) das Buch Heß in die Schreibmaschiene diktiert hat.
