Meine Frage:
War die geplante Pauluskirchenverfassung von 1848/49 der Anfang der deutschen Demokratie?

Meine Ideen:
Es gab ein Wahlrecht ab 25, was ja schon einen Fortschritt darlegt, aber dennoch sind im Reichstag und Reichsregister immer noch Adelige, die dort ohne Wahl als Abgeordnete sind.
Außerdem ist ein erbliches Kaisertum vorgesehen, der über der Exekutiven steht und ein Vetorecht für die Beschlüsse dees Reichstages hat.
Also ist es doch nur ein kleiner Fortschritt in Richtung Demokratie, oder?
