Rüben - Anbau, Verwertung

Hallo!

Ich darf/muss/soll eine Hausarbeit zum Thema Rüben schreiben.
Also Agrargeschichte 19./20. Jahrhundert.
Speziell Zuckerrüben, Futterrüben, Rote Rüben und halt die Entwicklung des Rübenanbaus in Deutschland.

Und irgendwie finde ich kaum vernünfite Informationen.
Sicherlich, zu den Zuckerrüben findet sich recht viel.
Aber das sind aktuelle Informationen.
Könnte ich auch benutzen, da ich aber gern bestehen würde, wären Informationen, wie die Entwicklung war, sinnvoll.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Welcher Lehrer stellt solch eine bescheuerte Aufgabe?
So das mal vorneweg. Ich würde es mal bei "Ämtern" versuchen.
Also Bauernverband und Co.
Vielleicht können die dir da ja Auskunft erteilen.

Danke für die Links, hilft mir schon weiter... Mut zur Lücke, ich brauch nur 12 Seiten maximal Augenzwinkern

Uni-Bib fällt leider aus, da kommt man selbst in die Bestandsbibliothek nur noch mit Karte rein und meine ist während des Umzugs verschütt gegangen *nerv*

Bauernverband ist ne sehr gute Idee, hoffe mal, die haben n bissi was geschichtliches drauf...
Problem ist ja im Grunde nicht die Rübe als solches, sondern der geschichtliche Krams...
