Man kann privatrechtliche Vermögensrechte vererben. Darunter müssten
Patentrechte und Urheberrechte fallen.

Urheberrechte kannst du meines Wissens verkaufen und vererben. Klassisches Beispiel sind die Urheberrechte an Musikstücken, Texten und Melodien. In Deutschland verdient bsw. die GEMA an diesen Rechten, d.h. wenn bestimmte Musiktitel gespielt werden, erhält die GEMA sowohl von den öffentlich rechtlichen Sendern als auch von den Privatsendern eine Abgabe. Weiteres Beispiel sind das Patentrecht, wo du deine Ideen anmelden kannst. Im deutschen Grundgesetz steht meines Wissens auch was zum Recht am geistigen Eigentum.
