Hi Leute ich muss eine Referat über Sozialistengesetzgebung halten. Bismack hatte doch damit zu tun? Könnt ihr mir sagen was ich dazu wissen sollte? Habt ihr evtl. ein paar Links? |

Hi kickz!
Was die sozialistengesetzgebung ist, weiß ich leider nicht. Ich denk aber, das hängt mit Bismarcks Sozialistengesetz zusammen. Also erzähl ich dir einfach mal, was ich darüber weiß 
Bismarck sah die SPD als Reichsfeind Nr. 1, der die Monarchie gefährdet. er wirft ihr vor sie sei international (tut sich länderübergreifend mit "SPDs" zusammen) und wolle eine Revolution. Die SPD stelle quasi eine Gefahr für die nationale Einheit dar. Also beschließt Bismarck die SPD durch ein Ausnahmegesetz (Repressalien + sozial Hilfe für ARbeiter, um diese von der SPD wegzulocken) fertig zu machen, scheitert aber am Widerstand des Reichstags. Also ist Bismarck sauer! 1878 werden zwei Attentate auf Wilhelm I. verübt (überlebt). Zuerst von Hödel, den Bismarck zur SPD zählt - es besteht aber keine Verbindung!!! Der Reichstag stellt sich wieder quer und Bismarck kann die SPD nicht verbieten. Das zweite Attentat verübt Nobeling im Juli. Daraufhin schüren konservative Zeitungen und die Öffentlichkeit Gerüchte, dass Nobeling mit der SPD in Verbindung steht. Ob das so war, weiß ich nicht! Jedenfalls macht sich in der Öffentlichkeit eine Sozialistenfurcht breit und jeder regt sich über die SPD auf. Bismarck ergreift diese Chance und löst den Reichstag auf, damit eine Mehrheit gegen die SPD zustandekommt. DIes geschieht und im Oktober 1878 werden die Sozialistengesetze veröffenlticht (heißen eigentlich "Gesetz gegen die gemeingefährlichen Bestrebungen der Sozialdemokratie"). Die Konservativen und Nationalliberalen waren dafür. Fortschrittspartei, Zentrum und SPD dagegen. Der Inhalt war:
- Verbot aller Vereine, Versammlungen und Druckschriften, die durch sozialdemokratische, sozialistische oder kommunsitische Bestrebungen den umsturz der bestehenden staatsordnung bezwecken
- bundesländer können den "kleinen Belagerungszustand" ausrufen => rechte einschränken
- nationalliberale stimmen nur zu, weil bismarck verspricht, das gesetz auf 2,5 jahre zu beschränken, tatsächlich wurde es aber bis 1890 mehrmals verlängert.
allgemein wurde die SPD NICHt verboten und hatte immer gewählte Abgeordnete im Reichstag!!!!!
So, mehr weiß ich dazu nicht. Ich hoffe, ich konnte dír helfen!
