Dennoch eine Ergänzung.
Meiner Meinung nach ist eines der wesentlichsten Merkmale der Verfassung der monarchische Charakter. Es gab immer noch Kaiser und daneben die Parlamente. Sprich der Dualismus aus demokratischen, parlamentarischen Ansätzen und der altehrwürdigen Monarchie.
Dass der Kaiser hierbei auch noch den Titel "König von Preußen" führt, was die Stellung Preußens unterstreicht, könnte man auch als interessantes Merkmal hervortun.
Desweiteren würde ich das erstmalige Wahlrecht (wie auch immer geartet) als ein Merkmal ansehen.

Soweit meine Meinung.

ich weiß nicht, ob es ein merkmal ist, dass es keine erblichen bürgerrechte gab oder dass nur männliche bürger ab 25 wählen durften?

Hast du selbst noch gar nichts? Informiere dich vor allen Dingen über die Wahlen, also über die Parlamentarisierung. Wichtig ist da mMn. auch vor allen Dingen, dass diese Verfassung existierte - die Paulskirchenverfassung von 48 wurde ja da noch mehr oder weniger abgeschmettert, diese hier angenommen.
