Die konstitutionelle Monarchie ist, wie der Name sagt, eine auf eine "Constitution" = Verfassung (oder sogar Deutsch, aber das deutsche "Konstitution" ist nicht mehr häufig gebräuchlich, deswegen leite ich das immer aus dem englischen her) gegründete Monarchie.
England war die erste mit dieser Monarchieform.
Eine Bemerkung: Auch die konstitutionellen Monarchien hatten meist ein Parlament.

hey alle =)
ich brauch mal kurz ne erklärung wat die konstituelle monarchie is.. weil ich soll den unterschied zwischen monarchie, konst. mon. und republik erklärn.. un wat 1 + 3 is weiss ich abba 2.???
