Organisers: IMO and the Maritme and Port Authority of Singapore Participation: The FOSC is open to all interested parties and addressed to maritime administrations, industry professionals, academia and organizations from the maritime community. The events will be conducted in English without interpretation. The launch of the preparatory phase of the IMO’s Coordinated Actions to Reduce Emissions from Shipping (IMO CARES) Project. This will mark the start of this preparatory process that will aim to bring together stakeholders in global north and south to promote innovation, R&D collaboration, accelerate demonstration of green technologies and their global deployment in developing regions.
